🚀 What you will be doing?

• Design and execute the digital acquisition and conversion strategy, ensuring impact on ROI.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance by monitoring key performance indicators such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Design and execute CRM strategies to build customer engagement and activate them through personalized and segmented campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging and creatives, landing pages, and other marketing materials tailored to target audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages to identify opportunities for optimization and maximize campaign performance.
• Leverage data analytics tools to extract actionable insights and refine targeting strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, performance advertising, and customer acquisition.

💪The perfect candidate

• At least, 4+ years of experience in acquisition marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaign and funnel performance, with the goal of maximizing conversion rates and generating actionable insights that drive business growth.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
• A growth mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and market trends.
• You're a traveler and passionate about discovering the world 🌎
• Native Spanish is a must.
• Fluent english is a plus.
